7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
Your item must arrive in perfect working condition. If it is damaged or not functioning upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain an RMA authorization. Upon return of the item to our specified address, we will provide a free replacement (including reimbursement for your return shipping costs) or a full refund. Shop with zero risk.

30-Day Unconditional Refund for Unopened Items
Changed your mind? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note: return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable in this case.

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Faulty Items
Should your product develop a fault, you are eligible to return it for a refund or exchange within 45 days of receipt. This guarantee applies to most items (unless otherwise noted). Return shipping costs for this guarantee are not reimbursable.

1-Year Repair Warranty
Unless stated differently on the product page, all items come with a one-year warranty starting from the delivery date. This warranty covers free repair for manufacturing defects, subject to confirmation by our support team. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the item to us; we will cover the return shipping of the repaired item. Damage caused by misuse or accidents is not covered under free repair, but paid repair options may be available.

Important Notes

  • For successful delivery, please include your APARTMENT/UNIT NUMBER in your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete addresses.

  • To initiate a return or refund, you must first contact our Customer Service Team at support@artisanhan.com to receive our warehouse address and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
